Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Marquee app and website ("Marquee", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Marquee, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Marquee.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Marquee. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Marquee for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or manipulate scores, leaderboards or multiplayer rooms.
Harass, abuse or impersonate others, or post offensive, infringing or illegal content (including in nicknames, group names and avatars).
Reverse-engineer, copy, resell or interfere with the app, its servers or its security.
Use Marquee in violation of any applicable law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (such as your nickname, group names and avatar). You grant us a license to host and display that content as needed to run the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Marquee offers an optional paid subscription ("Marquee Premium") that removes ads and may include extra features.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Google Play account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy.
Prices and plans may change; we'll give notice where required and changes won't affect your current billing period.

The free version of Marquee is supported by ads. Subscribing to Marquee Premium removes them. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Termination

You can stop using Marquee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Disclaimers

Marquee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marquee and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Marquee after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
